The HPC OS Architecture & Performance Optimization Workshop, held on 4 August 2026 in Thiruvananthapuram, brought together leading experts from government, industry, academia and research to discuss the development of a sovereign and secure High-Performance Computing (HPC) operating system. Hariprakash Govindarajalu, Founder & CTO of Logic Research Labs, was among the distinguished experts at the event, participating as a speaker and panel member. His session on “New CPU Enablement for High-end Enterprise Server Operating System” highlighted key considerations in building high-performance, enterprise-grade operating-system capabilities for next-generation computing environments.
As a speaker and panel member, the CTO contributed industry perspectives to discussions around HPC architecture, performance optimization, security, scalability and indigenous computing capabilities. The event, organized by C-DAC and MeitY, emphasized collaboration between technology companies, research institutions, academia and government to strengthen India's sovereign computing ecosystem. The participation reflects the growing role of industry expertise in shaping secure, high-performance and self-reliant computing infrastructure for India's strategic and emerging technology requirements.
